Excellent product!

I'm really pleased with this purchase. I did a lot of research on the different machines and how they performed. User friendly etc. I asked the opinions of people in related interest groups and and it was overwhelmingly in support of this product. I'm over the top impressed with the Levo.

Works great...but

On the third run of infusions the inside coating started to come off. Notified Customer service right away and was told to open a claim. I opened a claim, but still have no answers.

I bought the Levo II to try out for our business with hopes of ordering two more. I am not so sure this is the route to go anymore.

Side note: before the coating inside contaminated the last batches with paint flakes, It worked great and exactly what we needed. The product is only as good as the support that follows it. We are now dead in the water and made an investment on a questionable product.

In my claim I mentioned the urgency, but I only got an email confirming the claim and stating that they are busy with cases.

I am being generous at this point by giving three stars.

WOW! BEST KITCHEN APPLIANCE EVER!

Who would have thought it would be so easy to infuse oils. No fuss, no mess, just a few buttons and Levoila!! Highly recommend this product. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, because it was so easy to use!
